Loitokitok has a community managed water scheme with many kiosks and also some private connections for institutions. The revenue collection was not transparent and it looked like not all revenues were reported to the water scheme’s bank account. The NGO Dorcas decided to support the Loitokitok scheme by buying a few prepaid meters for kiosks and for institutions.
