Ikathima is a community in Kitui county. Technical sercives for the local water point are provided by the company Fundifix, who gets paid for their services out of the water revenues. Fundifix decided to a prepaid ATM in order to generate more revenue, to remotely monitor the daily water consumption and revenues while at the same time offering the community now water 24-7.
